I wanted to share this wonderful bath recipe for cleansing negativity and drawing in good luck,this bath is also great for clarity of your mind.

Ingredients you'll need for this bath.

Goats milk

Coconut milk

Cascarilla/Egg shell powder

Three white roses or white carnation flowers,to be added to the bath

A white candle or tea light will be fine

White rum

Peppermint

White clothing

Three tea spoon of sea salt

Instructions

Mix all of these ingredients in a bowl,while adding the ingredients one must concentrate on the changes that you want to be cleansed of for example "I Joe create this bath and I give it the intention to cleanse me from negativity and draw to me protection and good luck" or you can say a prayer in your own words,the psalms 23 can also be prayed over the prepared bath three times,when you have finished setting your intentions and infusing your energy.

It is advised before you use your prepared spiritual bath,one needs to have a shower (FIRST) then you can now pour the prepared bath over your body to be cleansed spiritually,Though you can do this bath at anytime that you feel that you need it! It is best done either before going to bed,or before the sun rises.

When you have finished performing the bath,DO NOT! Towel dry your body,only Air your body,After your body has dried,you can then put on white clothing ONLY or Something light! but nothing dark. As it is said that when you have cleansed spiritually it is best to wear white clothing as this reflects the negativity and to be honest do you really want all the energy you put into creating and cleansing yourself and banishing the negativity to come back to you?
