Yes I Knew I Could Do This Again

"About 20 years ago I had an experience while meditating that I did not understand, but I knew it was very real and I was not dreaming. I have since found out it was an OBE. A few months ago I stumbled upon your course "THE ART OF ASTRAL PROJECTION". I followed you word by word and did all of the exercises (HOMEWORK) for a few days without having any experiences. I currently live in South Africa and was phoned by a family member in Australia to inform me that my father had been rushed to hospital and at the age of 91 he was not expected to last the next few days. The next night I went to bed and listened to the DNA track once again (MY FAVOURITE) and experienced "BODY ASLEEP MIND AWAKE" or the Paralysis feeling. That track ended and went onto a Delta using binaural tones track. I started to become uneasy unplugged my earphones and turned on my side and went to sleep, immediately. What felt like seconds, I thought, my alarm clock was buzzing for me to wake up.

I can remember speaking to myself saying that I didn't want to get up, let alone just turn over to turn the alarm off, I then left my body through the back of my head turned to the clock to noticed it wasn't mine. I was in my parent's bedroom at the family home back in Australia. I glided out into the other rooms knowing no one was there. I then said, "TAKE ME TO MY FATHER". I went through the front windows of our lounge room onto the street and started to fly upwards. I let out an almighty scream of "YES" I knew I could do this, again! I flew upwards seeing what looked like from a distance a huge flock of birds ahead but within seconds could see it was other people flying, just like me. Most of them I knew were not conscience of what they were doing. It was amazing! I flew lower and could see backyards, roof tops and dogged hitting a tin shed. I even flew backwards as I remembered reading this somewhere to test yourself. The next thing I was walking through a doorway to see my father in a hospital bed. I went to him and picked him up and nursed him in my arms. He conversed with me and said he was glad to see me. I spoke to him about him being very frail and was he scared of dying. He said he wasn't scared, and if it was his time - he was happy. I told him that there was a lot more to life and death than we think, just look at what I'm doing now, and being here with you. Some people then came into the room, I kissed him and returned him to his bed and left. I found myself somewhere else, and with a thought of my deceased mother she appeared in front of me looking radiant and happy. I then said the name of a friend who was also dead, she also appeared with the same radiance and happiness. I must have said ten different names and they all appeared to me.

Then. I felt a pain in my leg and returned to my body in South Africa. I remember not wanting to be "AWAKE" but I was so ecstatic with what I just witnessed; I jumped out of bed and wrote it all down. The next morning while in meditation, I was interrupted by a phone call. It was my sister reporting from the hospital that my father had improved overnight, but was still in a serious condition. She asked me if I had been calling the hospital during the night as my Father kept on saying that I had been there trying to contact him. Knowing that she wouldn't believe or understand if I told her about the above, I just said to her, no I didn't phone, "I WAS THERE IN SPIRIT". She was happy with that. That was several months ago and my father is still with us on this earth plane.

Witches Of East End Season 2 Episode 11 Poe Way Out

Last episode Joanna decided to solve all her problems by time travelling to the distant past and Ingrid decided that she'd rather get to know her evil grandfather than support her mother.

This is not a family known for its common sense. They're lucky Dash and Killian are around, they tend to make the Beauchamps seem sensible - Killian has decided to track down the family of the woman who was magically enslaving and raping him.

So Joanna, Freya and Wendy are in Baltimore in 1848 wearing very out of place clothing. They're there to pick up a powerful weapon to kill the king with - one that Joanna once used to kill Freya. Well that was tactful. Freya is, astonishingly, not thrilled by this news.

They go to a brothel/opium den the Beauchamps owned at the time so they can get clothes and clumsily dodge past versions of themselves (Joanna apparently an opium addict because she's mooning after Victor. Which is kind of hilarious because Victor died in the present and Joanna completely forgot about him two episodes afterwards).

Anyway, they have 12 hours to leave or ill-defined bad things will happen because time travel is bad. We also get another story of Freya's past life and why Joanna has to kill her - involving Killian trying on a new wardrobe and different accent. That past life is as Edgar Allen Poe. Past Freya predicted his future which is "we shall have sex" - I must be psychic because I predicted exactly the same thing!

Past Freya broke the sacred code and told Killian/Edgar that she was a witch which was inspiration for him but also naughty/bad/wrong. Also, since Edgillian got writers block Freya decided to open a door to the great beyond for inspiration (did I mention the bad decisions these people make?) which gets her possessed by a serial killer. When Wendy tries to deal with it, Freya kills her (a temporary issue with Freya). Ingrid turned to Joanna who was too stoned to be helpful so he calls a friend who has a box called an "Anima"; when someone possessed looks in the spirit is ripped out (hence why it's useful against evil granddaddy). But the host also dies, alas. Something Ingrid accepts even knowing it will kill her because she knows she will be reborn - but she also needs Joanna to pull herself together since she wants her to be present and capable when raising them

That's the first time someone finally recognised that death for the daughters was a temporary inconvenience. A shame Victor didn't remember that when sacrificing himself for Freya.

So they used the box, killed Freya then future Joanna claimed the box (which past Joanna remembers).

A Flower For Those Who Have Crossed

"I threw a flower into the ocean for her. It's an old island custom. My mother said it sent a message toward people who had passed over.... I feel better. I feel like I did "something" to give that girl some peace."One of my favorite shows is the Mentalist. I watched episode 5 last night. A woman was murdered right next to the ocean. An old woman was sitting with Patrick and she said, "I threw a flower into the ocean for her. It's an old island custom. My mother said it sent a message toward people who had passed over.... I feel better. I feel like I did "something" to give that girl some peace. What she said struck me immediately as this is something that I have done in the past. So I was surprised to see it on tv. It's not something I'd ever seen before, just something I had always done by instinct. An extra way of saying goodbye for me and letting my loved ones know that had crossed that I love them. At the end of the episode they showed Patrick Jane at the ocean. For those of you who don't watch the show his wife and daughter were murdered before he came to work for the California Bureau of Investigation. The video is above. It is only 53 seconds in length but one of the most powerful scenes I've seen on tv in quite some time. For those of you who are empaths, make sure to shield before you watch it as it's emotional. For the first time in a long time I found myself struggling to hold back tears and emotions as it triggered the times I had done the very same thing. I decided to go to bed right after I watched the episode. What happened next still has me baffled. I just got the new iphone the other day. Hooorrayyy finally a phone that works! lol My old one really needed to be replaced. In any event... before I go to bed each night I have an incense burner next to my bed that I light a tea light in and burn eucalyptus spearmint oil in each night. It helps to relax me. I set my phone on the table next to my bed. I was extra careful because being new I don't want anything to happen to it. I still need to get a case for it. I was still quite overcome with emotion. I lit a candle and said a silent prayer for My Gram, Grandpa, and Daisy, my furbaby, and told them that I loved them. As I lit the candle and put it in the burner, My phone actually lifted up, almost an inch in the air. Moved off of my table and floated, I mean floated to the floor, landing softly on a tshirt that was under my nightstand. I was baffled to say the least. I know that phone was perfect on that nightstand. None of it was hanging off the stand at all. There is no way for this phone to lift in the air. It's not that light! And even if there was nothing would blow it straight up for an inch. And the way it fell to the floor, it looked like a feather. Very light with a back and forth motion. It was as if someone lifted it up and carried it gently to the floor. My guess is that they got my message of love. This is an incredible time of the year for me. I am loving that it is easier to communicate. This is the first thinning of the veil that I am truly enjoying my ability to communicate and receive messages from those who have crossed before us.
